I have been absent for far too long, I know, and I am truly sorry. If it consoles anyone, know that in my absence I wrote a kick ass term paper which earned me my first 30/30 at the University of Pavia AND I explored more of Liguria and have decided I am going to live there at one point in my life.
My caro amico P, and future husband(he doesn't know that part yet so keep it on the DL) has been inviting me to spend a weekend at his family's house for months now but something always gets in the way. We magically managed to clear this last weekend, so we headed on over in train. He lives in a small town near San Remo called St Stefano al Mare. This is a picture of St. Stefano from a town higher up in the hills called Pompeiana.
